At Dexmart, we prioritize fast order processing, secure packaging, and reliable delivery. To maintain product integrity and ensure customer safety, we operate under a strict no‑return policy. Please review the details below to understand how refunds and delivery issues are handled.
No Returns Accepted
Dexmart does not accept returns under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unwanted items
Incorrectly ordered items
Change‑of‑mind situations
Items opened, unopened, or unused
Because our products cannot be restocked or resold once shipped, all sales are considered final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the event that an order is confirmed lost in transit.
A shipment is considered lost when:
The carrier provides official confirmation that the package cannot be located,
OR
Tracking shows no movement for an extended period and the carrier declares it undeliverable.
Once Dexmart receives written confirmation from the carrier that the package is lost, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Delayed or Stalled Shipments
Packages that are delayed, stuck in transit, or experiencing routing issues do not qualify for a refund unless the carrier formally declares the shipment lost.
We will always assist in opening an investigation with the carrier if your tracking appears abnormal.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer:
The order does not qualify for a refund.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Damaged Items
Because Dexmart does not accept returns, damaged items cannot be sent back to us.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged item
Your order number
We will review the case and determine whether a replacement or partial refund is appropriate based on the situation.
